Here at Jenkins, we make every effort to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their heating system.
We install and service all types of heating systems: gas, oil and heat pumps. An annual agreement is available for gas and oil heating systems and is our promise to you that Jenkins will come to your home or business for maintenance and repairs.
Performing proper maintenance and service on your heating unit(s) allows our technicians to preview the system and possibly eliminate any failures during extreme weather conditions; as well as ensuring that your system runs to its optimum efficiency and saves you on utility costs.

Jenkins also performs whole house energy audits, which will enable us to show you where you can best save money and energy.
Hydronic water heating offers an efficient way to heat your home. This system uses the main boiler to heat water that is circulated through a heat exchanger and into your home via baseboard heaters or radiators. This heating system can operate with gas, oil or propane; and is one of the most efficient and comfortable ways to heat your home.
Jenkins Plumbing and Heating offer several forms of forced air heating systems.
Hot Air Heating
Gas, oil or electric heats air that is then distributed through multiple ducts and into your home. Forced hot air has changed over the years and has become more efficient and comfortable with the addition of multi-staging burners and variable speed blowers.
Hybrid heating is one of the most efficient ways to heat your home. This system utilizes gas/oil heating and a heat pump. Thermostats/controls are able to dictate which fuel is more efficient at that time or temperature. The most appropriate and cost effective heating system is then automatically selected to turn on.
Heat pumps use the outside air to heat your home in the same fashion as an air conditioning system, except in reverse. Today’s heat pumps are, in most cases, more efficient than high efficiency gas and oil heaters. They are a great addition to an existing gas or oil heater, turning any system into a hybrid system; or added to the existing solar panel system on your home.
